A caregiver is a service not covered by insurance. After making full use of the nursing care insurance and medical insurance frames, I would like to work with the care manager to plan an appropriate time slot and hours of use. 看取り士は何をしてくれるの？
私たちの仕事は「相談業務」では、旅立たれる方の尊厳を聞き続け、様々な不安を解決できるようサポートいたします。「臨終の立会い」では、臨終時には看取り士が立ち会うことで、すぐ葬儀社に繋ぐのではなく、大切な方とのお別れをしっかりしていただく時間をつくります。「看取りの作法の伝授」では、その時、作法を行い皆さんが温かさを受け取っていただきます。
ご自分に合ったプランを検討
看取りサービス（桜）と（蘭）、看取りに不安を抱えるご本人・ご家族のお気持ちをサポート、お看取りまでの定期的な訪問サポート、夜間の付き添いも可能です。お看取りの時（臨終後）、ゆっくり旅立たれた方とのお時間をお過ごしていただきます。
蘭のプランでは、葬儀社との打ち合わせや、僧侶様等への連絡。お通夜・葬儀・収骨。
納骨・初七日・四十九日の訪問やお墓のご相談も承っております。
両プランとも、無償ボランティア エンゼルチームも90時間使うことが可能です。（最長 5時間/日）

We have started a night escort to a certified caregiver. We will be with you for 10 hours from 21:00 to 7:00 the next morning. (4,400 yen per hour)

介護保険を既に使われている方は、担当のケアマネージャーさんとスケジュールの打ち合わせを致します。近隣に住む看取り士を中心としたエンゼルチームがケアプランに沿った時間に派遣場所に伺います。エンゼルチームの派遣は契約後保険の手続きが済んだ後に（約1週間後）ご利用スタートとなります。（エンゼル一人に対して500円の保険料はご負担願います）
